Redirect as parameter 1

If I link parameter 1 to a redirect page I want to delete, the uploader will be redirected to the link's target. Can we implement a "?redirect=no"? --Keks by 14:25, 23 May 2019 (UTC)

 Done with subst template no redirect. PS: If the link in the template text needs this too, the links from all languages must be removed and linked before in the parent template. -- User: Perhelion 00:23, 22 August 2019 (UTC)

 Done For translated text the pre-parsed parameters are now 3 (no redirect) and 4 (file log). -- User: Perhelion 09:32, 22 August 2019 (UTC)

Bots?

@Jonteemil: It should be used on the bot's user talk page only if the bot's operator did not redirect the bot's user talk page; otherwise, it should be used on the redirect's target.   — Jeff G. ツ _{please ping or talk to me} 16:36, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
