font-family="Helvetica, Arial" changed to font-family="Helvetica, Arial, Liberation Sans".
Fixes some font sizing problems, overlap problems, and other weirdness when using this template.
Per:

w:Our World in Data (OWID) fixed their SVG maps by adding Liberation Sans font to their maps. Many OWID maps and charts are used on Wikipedia. See above-linked discussion.
On a file using this template I added Liberation Sans to its font-family. It fixed the overlap problem on an axis. See the history of this file:
