Propose change "Other languages" caption to autotranslated message {{int:Tpt-languages-legend}} (with english value "Other languages:" translated to your interface language as "Other languages:" ).

Following code:

will be changed to

1={{{Otherlangs|{{int:Tpt-languages-legend}}}}}|

or
