This translation is confused. The English version concerns personality rights but the Danish only mentions "beskyttelse af privatlivets fred", i.e. privacy rights. The normal translation of personality rights would be "retten til eget billede". All images where privacy rights are a problem should probably be deleted, so they aren't really relevant to a notice of this type.
