Not done for now. Lets have broader discussion about it, maybe at Commons:Village pump/Proposals. Majority of PD templates we have are for a single country or set of countries. Using this logic we would have to remove the footer from all but {{PD-Author}}. --Jarekt (talk) 14:59, 23 December 2015 (UTC)
