I understand you all have a bit more complicated copyright scheme than Wikisource and I'm kind of wary of breaking anything so I figure I should just ask here. The electronic edition File:Spanish Constitution.djvu that is up here is several different varieties of terrible. I'd like to replace it with an electronic edition published by the Boletín Oficial del Estado, found here (PDF). The current one has an unusual license tag based on release statements on the website of the office of the PM. Spanish copyright law makes official documents and translations copyright ineligble (see article 13). You guys don't have a {{PD-SpanishGov}}. So I guess what I'm asking is could someone who knows what they're doing check if this works for Commons and if so make a {{PD-SpanishGov}}? Deeply obliged. The template can't be hard to make. You could just copy the text from another country and insert your link and language. I can't read Spanish or I would do it for you. You should be able to use the text though with your existing link for now.--Canoe1967 (talk) 00:06, 20 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
