No court or law in the US or in the UK has ever recognized Estonia as a legal entity of the USSR, therefore why exactly is this country covered with PD-exUSSR-exempt license tag? Thanks!--Terker 21:09, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I updated the information in the template to be in accordance with the actual law, thus removing "banknotes" from the list. The up to date law (in Estonian) can be seen here and the update I mentioned here. Quibik (talk) 16:23, 14 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
