Replace "Swastika" with "Hakenkreuz" in this template translation

[edit]

{{Edit request}} The Nazis called it the Hakenkreuz, their Hooked Cross. We do not want to conflate the Nazi symbol with the Hindu/Jain/Buddhist symbol. Grandmaster Huon (talk) 15:58, 5 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Grandmaster Huon:  Not done the common name for this symbol is not "Hakenkreuz", readers will not understand. I think we can trust that they will understand the symbol which "[is] a symbol that was used by the National Socialist (NSDAP/Nazi) government of Germany" is not the Hindu swastika. —Matrix(!) {user - talk? - uselesscontributions} 18:10, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
