error=1

[edit]

I believe it would be informative to add a helpful text when error argument is activated. Something like "This code was manually set as invalid and needs further review." //  Gikü  said  done  Friday, 16 October 2015 13:52 (UTC)

You mean, as in actually showing the user that we don't think that code is correct? This is not a bad idea, although for most templates I mark, I am not sure there is an eror. It's more like an indication to the robot that the page should be ignored.--Strainu (talk) 12:25, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

English location names

[edit]

Since english is the default language on Commons, all location names in this template should be in english as default (e.g. Bucharest instead of București and County instead of Județul). --MB-one (talk) 09:26, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Commons should be a multilingual project and the county names belong in the translation. I don't know how to do that without breaking existing translations. If anyone could help, it would be great.--Strainu (talk) 09:30, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Yellow text on white background

[edit]

For some images that use this template the yellow text is displayed on a white background. Example here. // Sertion 19:56, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Sertion, thanks for reporting this. I cannot reproduce the issue, I don't see any formatting in the media viewer and the template looks fine in the description page
Could you please make a screen shot or give me more details, such as the language of the template or the text that is yellow? Strainu (talk) 21:07, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Here is a cropped screenshot of the image-preview-thing on enwiki. I hope this clarifies the issue! // Sertion 00:39, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Fixed, thanks! Strainu (talk) 06:10, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! I can confirm that it is fixed. // Sertion 09:27, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
