Template talk:Ingestion-Berthelé

This template apparently places the images on which it is used automatically in the category "yyyy in France", supposing that all these images were created in France. This is not the case for a whole series created in Belgium during WW I (like File:(Vue aérienne oblique des ruines d'Ypres en Belgique) - Fonds Berthelé - 49Fi1654.jpg). Can anyone fix this? Hi Henxter,
Good catch! I did not know there was supposed to be files from Belgium as well in this collection.
This template should have been subst-ed long ago − it is quite evil to keep such half-hardcoded around.
I suggest the following:
  1. I subst the template using a bot, which will insert Category:XXXX in France on all pages
  2. Using VisualFileChange or something, I then move all the ones with 'Belgique' in the title to XXX in Belgium
How does that sound to you?

Sounds to work for me. Most of the Belgian photographs are already in a "Belgium" category. I will keep on eye on them. Henxter (talk) 09:22, 6 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
