Request: After {{#ifeq: {{{1|}}}|failed|<div class="LR"></div>}}, please add {{#ifeq: {{{1|}}}|undetermined|<div class="LR"></div>}}.

Justification: When FlickreviewR 2 cannot determine the licensing status of the tagged media, it calls this template with the first unnamed parameter equal to "undetermined". Currently, the inline buttons that allow license review do not work in this case, because there is not the appropriate html code (<div class="LR"></div>). Adding this code should let the license review gadget's inline buttons work when the bot cannot.
