Set minimum width as readability issue

24-Sep-2009: I am adding {{Nowrap}} for the top 9 words of the message, plus internal comment:

"<--nowrap minimum text width: avoids 2-words-per-line-->"

Formerly, on screens set to 800x600-pixel resolution, the Italian wording of the legal notice had been wrapping as 2-words or 3-words-per-line inside {{Painting}} for the Gallery={{SourceNPGLondon|5705}}. Avoiding a severely narrow display will improve the readability and maturity of the legal notice. Many wikitables will automatically re-balance other column widths to fit the message width. On wider windows, more than 9-words-per-line will be displayed. -Wikid77 (talk) 09:47, 24 September 2009
