Sync with EN

Resync with the English Wikipedia version of this template

• Replace {{Protected template}} with {{Heavily used template}}
• Replace <noinclude> contents with {{Documentation}}
• Replace URL string with http://stable.toolserver.org/geohack/geohack.php?pagename={{FULLPAGENAMEE}}&params=

The last one is important since we are leaving out the namespace which prevents certain toolserver tools from working. Also the change from &title= to &pagename= means that both variables will be filled on the requesting pages. Dispenser (talk) 15:36, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
