Drop jQuery UI support

This template is an alternative to {{Clickable button}} & {{Clickable button 2}}, which use jQuery UI. Yet, there are some pieces in this template as well that refer to jQuery UI. Please sync ~~this sandbox change~~ these sandbox changes to remove them and make it clear that this template is for mediawiki.ui and only for mediawiki.ui. @AntiCompositeNumber: They aren’t, as far as I know. Using a Pywikibot script derived from harvest_template.py, I created the following statistics:
