In order to work with the rename right (see COM:AN#Implementation of rename right), please add the following string somewhere in the template (just make sure it's not within the noinclude area): <span style="display:none">[http://commons.wikimedia.org/commonsdelinker/catuncat/{{urlencode:{{{1}}}2{{{2}}}}} Categorize uncategorized in {{{1}}} to {{{2}}}]</span>.
