Both be-x-old and be-tarask in the list and fail on selection

It doesn't work this way. be-x-old is de facto deprecated (it's used because of domain only), be-tarask is used in all situations. Moreover, if there are both codes in the list, be-tarask fails in displaying Belarusian text alone. So what we should have:
