Most RIR links are broken

From what I can tell, this template (in some cases) generates links to a number of RIRs (regional Internet registries.) However, for IPv4 addresses, it appears that all of the RIR links, other than the "Europe" link, are broken. For IPv6 addresses, even the "Europe" link leads to a page that indicates an error. (For an example, see the page User_talk:2A02:810D:6C0:2FB0:5112:F5C:D777:699A.)

For finding functional RIR links, two possible sources of interest are the English Wikipedia templates Anontools/ipv4 and Anontools/ipv6. From what I understand, content on the English Wikipedia is licensed, at minimum, under terms that are compatible with the CC BY-SA 3.0 Unported License. As such, text from the English Wikipedia Anontools/ipv4 and/or Anontools/ipv6 templates could be copied to Commons, though there would be licensing considerations with regard to attribution and identifying/linking to the source(s). --Gazebo (talk) 08:26, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Gazebo: I believe that neither the list of URLs you want to put in the template, nor the list of testcases above, should be subject to copyright. But I would like to hear from someone with a better understanding of copyright. @Jeff G.: I apologize for the late response. What I meant to say was that XTools's main domain is still on wmflabs.org, not toolforge.org. Please remove stripped span tags
