This template indicates where the user is a citizen of the state, here: European Union. On the left side, you see the flag. On the right side you see the text in the local language.

The template automatically sets the following categories:

Useage on the own Userpage

When used in the user namespace, the male or female text form is displayed depending on the user's preferences. If no settings have been made there, a general text is displayed.

Usage in Extension:Babel

This template can be used in the extension extension {{#babel}}. There must be specified: EU citizen

The template takes no parameters.
