This template is used to identify any recognized protective emblems described in Hague Conventions and Geneva Conventions, such as the Red Cross/Red Crescent/Red Crystal or Distinctive emblem for cultural property.
This is not a copyright tag.


Notes

  1. a b c This template should NOT be applied to green cross/crescent/crystal on a white background or a white cross/crescent/crystal on a green background.
    These are not covered by the Geneva Convention, which requires the the cross/crescent/crystal symbol to be red in color.
  2. This symbol may also appear in a grouping of three or with a red border. These variant symbols are also protected by international conventions and should receive this template.

The template takes no parameters.
