Adds categories for artist and event to a concert category. {{Concert Category|artist|event|key}} produces output [[Category:artist|key]] [[Category:event|artist]]

Alternative Sort Key	key sort_key 3 alternative_sort_key	If the event's category name starts with the year (e.g. 2016 Download Festival), an alternative sort key can be passed.
