Template used for creating CC license tags which are not compliant with Commons requirements and are not listed on Commons:Creative Commons copyright tags. "NC" (Noncommercial) and "ND" (No Derivatives) CC licenses are not acceptable on commons by themselves, however they can be added to other valid licenses. See for example {{GFDL 1.2 or cc-by-nc-3.0}} or other templates in Category:Multi-license license tags
