I am trying to get more data on this. The seems to be some confusion regarding Z. minuta and Z. carinata. Both names has Zephyranthes grandiflora in their synonymy: Zephyranthes grandiflora Lindley (1825) is an illegitime name for Z. minuta, but Zephyranthes grandiflora is also often used for Z. carinata in cultivation. Some sources state that Zephyranthes carinata and Zephyranthes minuta is the same species, and then Z. minuta is the correct name. epibase (talk) 17:57, 29 October 2009 (UTC)
