Your title is accurate.......you have a genus Rosa followed by 'Pierre de Ronsard' in classical cultivar form.The majority of people recognise this plant by the words Pierre de Ronsard(trademark) so the trademark has become generic(commonly known name of the product) which makes it invalid and really an alternative cultivar name now

    Then you list a number of names you call synonyms

A claimed trademark cannot be synonymous(also known as) with a cultivar or any other trademark for that matter...if it is synonymous with MEIviolin(the actual cultivar) then this supports my generic claim

   nb Rosa 'MEIviolin' is the actual cultivar and ONLY true identifier for this plant

I think most if not all of the other names listed here are trademarks
