I do not understand the relevance of this category. Please give a definition. If it is to provide an image of ALL stamps in the world (as Michel Katalogs are available for them), it is just a poor duplicate of a catalog, with hundred thousands of stamps! Does Wikimedia needs to have to make same galleries for English, French, , Russian etc catalogs?? SubQuestion: are German stamps International??

I, too, fail to see any serious purpose to this gallery, aside from it being poorly defined. Since the images are part of other, more or less well established categories, I believe this gallery page can be deleted (together with the other "Michel-catalog" galleries) without causing a loss to the Wikimedia project. Besides, I doubt that they do not belong in the category "Stamp catalogues" - I understand the latter to contain files relating to the catalogues themselves, and their publishers, but not the stamps. Furthermore, catalogue numbers (or the numbering systems) are AFAIK usually copyrighted. On top of everything, there is the issue of copyright, concerning German stamps among others. --Schlosser67 (talk) 08:29, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
