Historically French was the administrative language of Rwanda. Today the Rwandan government is trying to remove the French language: In 2009 it changed the medium of instruction to English, and in 2014 it removed French from its currency. Accordingly I moved the page to its English title. WhisperToMe (talk) 10:55, 10 May 2015 (UTC)
