"Only ZX Spectrum version of the game is in the public domain"
[edit]I feel that it is wrong to categorically state that only the ZX Spectrum version is in the public domain without any evidence that this is the case, so I've altered that statement. I did email Julian Gollop, confirming that his old games are in the public domain, and I also asked which platforms were affected. His response was "I have officially said that my old games are all public domain - Chaos, rebelstar, laser squad - but note that Rebelstar is now trademarked by Namco" -- with no mention of this being specific to the ZX Spectrum versions. I do accept that we need better confirmation, so I'll put this on OTRS. --StuartBrady 02:18, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
