STS Mir is a three-masted, full-rigged Russian ship.

- Built by Stocznia Gdanska, Gdansk, Poland, as the third ship of a series of similar training ships in Gdansk in 1987. Her sisters are the "Druzhba" (1987), "Pallada" (1988), "Khersones" (1988) and "Nadezhda" (1989), some smaller is the first ship of this series, the "Dar Mlodziezy" (1981)

[edit]- 1987 Named: Mir for the Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy in St. Petersburg, the oldest higher educational instutution in Russia (founded in 1876) Registered port: St. Petersburg Flag: Russia
- Winters 1992, 1994 and 1995 a general overhaul of engine and rudder plant was carried out and nautical and technical control instruments were installed.
