English: Phạm Quỳnh (范瓊) was a Vietnamese scholar, writer, journalist and mandarin of the Nguyễn dynasty.
After the August Revolution in 1945, Phạm Quỳnh was arrested by the Viet-Minh and executed with Ngô Ðình Khôi (Ngô Đình Diệm's brother), Ngô Đình Huân (son of Khôi).
