Watchlist Message Wizard is not functioning

 Done Some modules were removed (one from Krinkle but he don't replaced the used function from this), jquery.arrowSteps is now ext.uploadWizard.jquery.arrowSteps. -- User: Perhelion 14:49, 8 October 2017 (UTC)
