- Can you confirm that this video is under CC-BY licence ?
- Can you confirm that you have the consent of the two persons nominated in the video, so that their names appear (at 00:51) ?

- Hey, I was just wondering about your questions, but I see, you're not very often here on commons. Of course I can confirm that this file was released under a CC-license. You can check that on your own, just go to the video on youtube and if you click "more" or something like that, you'll see the license. As it is given in the description, the file was simply transferred from youtube to here, so I don't know the people. - Sorry if my question seemed inappropriate or aggressive, I am indeed a total newbie on Commons (and English is not my mother tongue). I am currently having a discussion on the French article about this video (I personally believe that the video is of poor quality to illustrate the article but that's my POV and other wiki users disagree) and I am not at ease with the fact that people (potentially under-18) are mentioned in the video: what's your view on this?
