This is not Gentius. Indeed, during the archaeological excavations quite a few bronze coins issued by Gentius at Lissus was found, but the historians think (based on Hasan Ceka's results, who wrote a monography on Illyrian numismatics) that this is the portrait of an Illyrian god named Redon.
