File talk:Don Juan (1926).webm
Another version needs to be uploaded
[edit]This file seems to have been screen-recorded directly from a streaming service, probably Amazon Prime, which is fine since the movie is in the public domain. But, due to this, the quality is a little lacking. That's just a general thing.
But there were some specific recording errors with the video that I want to point out here that seem to have gone unnoticed:
- 15:31 - Music suddenly stops and camera turns off for a brief few seconds
- More TBA as proofreading continues
At least most of these errors cannot be fixed by means of simple video editing: the whole thing needs to be scraped from some other source. We need a better quality version with no digital problems with the video. I understand this was the one video that was disseminated to YouTube and other sites shortly after the movie's public-domain release, which is why it's here on Commons, but we should look into alternatives. - You are right. This version seems to be better. I will upload it when I have time. — Racconish 💬 09:21, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
