Two versions of the same file

I originally uploaded this here - File:Consumers Want to Know.ogv. At that time, I mistakenly uploaded only half of the video, and this upload is the entire video. I was prohibited from following the usual protocol and uploading this video as a new version of the old video, because I went through an exceptional process to upload this video as a file beyond the usual size limit of 100mb. I posted about this here at the help desk. At this point, either this file needs its history merged to the original file, or the original file should be deleted as it is of no use to anyone. This new file is like the other file, except it additionally has the second half of the documentary spliced into it. Blue Rasberry (talk) 14:45, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
