The copyright status isn't clear. I left the following comment on the YT-video:

@Ben Slavens: In the description it says "Copyright 2015 Ben Slavens (www.benslavens.com). All Rights Reserved."; while as a license you have chosen a CC-By. Can you clarify whether you'd like to reserve all your rights on this video or whether you'd like people to remix or distribute it? Thanks :)

@Rillke, I just heard back in a private message (can share a screenshot if you prefer):
  • "+Czar WP it is Creative Comons, you are free to use as yousee fit, you don't have to ask, but if it makes you feel beter , permission granted. btw, i did not publish everything, more to come."
  • "+Czar WP they are my cinematography."
  • "+Czar WP I want others to make use of my productions. I want to free others from being forced to use "fair usage" clips from important events like this from corporate media. BTW, with luck I will cover a NJ rally for trump, and possibly the Rutgers 2016 commencement with Barak Obama as a speaker."

@Czar: That's great. Could you thank him, tell him that we like his videos and ask whether he could consider replacing "All Rights Reserved" with "CC-By 2.0"? Thanks! -- Rillke(q?) 08:21, 29 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
