Is this really a 561SA1?

@Красный: The 561SA1 would be a 13-bit parity checker. The chip in the image does not have enough bond pads and the structure looks more like an analogue comparator (e.g. 554SA1). Could you verify which chip is shown in the image? Thanks, Drahtlos (talk) 16:31, 11 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm... You can be right — I've received this IC with no cap at all from Svetlana building being demolished. It had no marks exept what you see and I was told it 561SA1. If no info will show up in a few days (or if I'll find some die picture available) I'll rename it. Красный wanna talk? 21:02, 11 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
