This train was used by Nicolas II. when travelling in Western Europe on 1435 mm gauge. The dating of the picture by: Ralph Häussler: Eisenbahnen in Worms. Hamm 2003. ISBN 3-935651-10-4, p. 34. In the background: The building site of the eastern tower of the Großherzog-Ernst-Ludwig-Brücke (today: Nibelungenbrücke) which was inaugurated in March 1900.
