English: Y Braich below the cloud. What a difference thirty metres of altitude and a bit of wind can make in a few minutes 1762459 ! With the cloud base just metres overhead, y Braich becomes clearly visible. The long, gradually sloping spur off the Diffwys ridge forms part of the old cart track from Bontddu in the Mawddach estuary to Harlech in Ardudwy, an important connection before the main road was carved through the rocks at Abermaw/Barmouth 613215. |
