Deutsch: Trifft eine Schallwelle auf das menschliche Ohr, wird sie in akustische Reize übersetzt. Dabei spielen die inneren und äußeren Haarzellen eine wichtige Rolle. Unter Dauerbelastung jedoch können sie abknicken oder absterben.
English: When a sound wave hits the human ear, it is translated into acoustic stimuli. The inner and outer hair cells play an important role in this. However, under constant strain, they can break or die. |
