Description
English: Nucleus from a colorectal cell line, C99, stained with BORIS in green (Alexa 488) and fibrillarin in red (Alexa 594), with 4′, 6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) counterstaining in blue. BORIS immunoreactivity is enriched in the nucleolus adjacent to fibrillarin. Optical sections were obtained by confocal microscopy using a Zeiss Meta 510 LSM and three-dimensional reconstruction performed using Imaris x64 (v7.1.1). Images are shown at 63x magnification.
