Notes
  • Significance: The Waterford Mill is the most significant remaining historic structure in Waterford. Waterford, established primarily as a mill town, was founded by Amos Janney who traveled from Bucks County, Pennsylvania in 1733. The extant three-story brick mill was constructed about 1830 by Thomas Phillips, mill owner.
