Description
Deutsch: Die Unternehmen Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe (KVB), RheinEnergie und Ford haben an der der KVB-Haltestelle „Bocklemünd" die Ladeinfrastruktur des Projektes MuLI (Multimodale Lademodul-Integration) in Betrieb genommen. In der Praxis setzt der Bremsvorgang der Stadtbahn Energie frei, die in Strom umgewandelt wird (Rekuperation). Dieser Strom wird in der Ladestation in sechs Batterie-Stacks gespeichert und für die Ladung von E-Bussen und Elektrofahrzeugen abgegeben. Durch die Zwischenspeicherung in Batterien werden u. a. Spannungsschwankungen vermieden. Diese würden entstehen, wenn Straßenfahrzeuge im Schnellladeverfahren geladen werden und zugleich eine Stadtbahn anfährt. Die Ladesäulen für Elektrofahrzeuge befinden sich im Erdgeschoss der direkt benachbarten P&R-Anlage.
