English: Movie illustrating the distribution of HIV-1-Matrix during retroviral fusion. Corresponding to the Additional files 1 and 2 the movie shows the MA.mCherry signals (red channel) of the coated Env.YFP and MA.mCherry double labeled particles coated onto a glass cover slip. During the observation time DFJ-8 cells attach to the cover glass (see Additional file 1). The time series was started at the time point of cell attachment to the cover glass. Images were acquired at 1 frame per minute over a period of 20 minutes. The video is played at a speed of 10 frames per second. |
