Description
English: HIV-1 pseudoparticle immobilized on glass spontaneously releases viral content. HXB2 pseudoparticles labeled with releasable content marker Gag-imCherry (red) and extra-viral pH sensor EcpH-ICAM (green) were pre-bound in the cold to poly-L-lysine coated cover glass and imaged at 37°C for 1 hour. ~1% of the pseudoparticles spontaneously released viral content.
