Description
English: Supplementary Movie 5 Tumor cell vesicles moving in clusters. A magnified view of a different section of Supplementary Video 3. The circle appearing at time-point 14 min 15 sec highlights a group of vesicles that rapidly traverse the field of view, suggesting that they have been taken up by the same motile cell. Each individual frame is a maximum intensity projection of 11 z-stacks spaced 4 μm apart (total thickness of 40μm). Scale bar = 5 μm. Time is shown in minutes and seconds.
