Description
English: Computational reconstruction of the F-actin in a flame cell. Z sequences of LCSM images were processed for their direct volume renderization with AMIRA software. In the movie, only F-actin (red) was reconstructed and its digital rotation show it looks like a clasp of a belt that fasten the ciliary tuft (green) (MPEG 8.48 MB).
