Description
English: Asymmetric CSF flow entering into the third ventricle of a stage 47 larva. Xenopus larval CSF flow is detected by the movement of polystyrene beads injected into the fourth cerebral ventricle. Beads entering the third ventricle from the cerebral aqueduct (aqueduct of Sylvius) show distinct left-handed CSF flow. This movie corresponds to Figure 3a.
