Description
English: Loss of giant cells computational model. Related to Figure 4. Decreasing the probability of entering endoreduplication in the first cell cycle (p1 = 0) produces sepals in silico without giant cells similar to the phenotype of lgo-1 mutants, which have lost the activity of the LGO cell cycle inhibitor.
