Porträt Christian Wilhelm Pleissner (1778-1842), Pfarrer in Löbichau, Großstechau und Beerwalde. Pleissner ist als Kerzenleuchter mit Porträtkopf dargestellt. Neben dem Titel "Pleissner" und einem Vers unter dem Bild, ist der linke Rand der Zeichnung mit einem großen und einem kleinen "K" versehen. - nachträglich mit einem Kreuz hinter Titel/Namen versehen [Bildunterschrift] Es leuchtet schön dein Kirchen Licht/ Die Naechsten Lieb' ist Christen Pflicht.Biografisches Christian Wilhelm Pleissner (1778–1842) war Pfarrer in Löbichau, Großstechau und Beerwalde. Der Sohn des Pfarrers Johann Gottfried Pleissner aus Flemmingen (bei Altenburg) war seit 1812 mit Johanna Friederike Pauline Pleissner verheiratet. Er gab Anna Dorothea von Kurlands Enkelin Marie Steinach (1805–1893) Religionsunterricht und leitete 1820 ihre Konfirmationsfeier in der Großstechauer Kirche. Es war auch Pfarrer Pleissner, der am 29. August 1821 die Begräbnisfeier für die Herzogin von Kurland und am 2.
