Description
English: Endoscopic live imaging of sub-mucosal injection of India ink dye. Representative endoscopic video imaging demonstrating the procedure of India-ink dye injection into the colonic sub-mucosa of C57BL/6 mice using the mouse colonoscopy system. Note the focal sub-epithelial distribution of injected dye and its remaining following the colonic flushing.
