Description
English: Movie depicts healthy uninfected 48 hpf embryos using dark field and oblique light, as well as fluorescent (green) as a control. Note the clarity of the pericardial cavity, heart structure, heartbeat, and blood flow in comparison to Movies S4, S5 and S6 taken using ExPEC-infected embryos.
